About the position
Venesco is looking for an IT Human Capital Management Support (Program Manager Senior) to support the Solution Delivery Division (SDD). The SDD serves as the premier provider of information and technology, simulation, and acquisition program management for the Defense Health Agency. SDD leverages an innovative acquisition culture, acquisition-trained workforce, and a business-oriented mindset that drives continuous rationalization, optimization, cost reduction, and modernization. As a division of the DHA Program Executive Office for Medical Systems, SDD’s Program Management Offices (PMOs) and Branches provide logistical, administrative, and technological applications and support to internal and external DHA and Military Health System stakeholders and customers. In this role, SDD supports the Combatant Commands by supplying robust medical logistical support, lifecycle management, information technology infrastructure, and health delivery applications to provide globally integrated health services.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Required comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
