Oceana's IT department is looking for someone to assist with day-to-day computer support and provide Tier I global support to ensure user needs are being met. This position reports to the Director, IT Infrastructure while assisting the IT Team with Tier I tasks including, but not limited to: Workstation setup, new employee orientations, conference room set up, printer troubleshooting, laptop re-imaging, software installation, password reset and creating user guides. The IT Helpdesk Intern will receive constant hands-on training and experience to perform their job responsibilities. This is a 6-month paid internship based in Washington, DC.
