About The Position
The IT Helpdesk Coordinator (ITHC) is responsible for installing and supporting various technology systems, including desktops, laptops, and software applications, for staff and administrators. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT issues, ensuring the maintenance of network infrastructure and responding to IT work order requests. The ITHC will also provide technical support for Microsoft's core business applications and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a healthcare setting.
