About The Position

The Help Desk Administrator supports Target Hospitality’s internal employees by managing day-to-day IT support operations and ensuring that technology issues are resolved timely and effectively. This role is responsible for triaging incoming support requests, assigning tickets to technicians, following up on progress, and communicating updates to end users. In addition, handling of routine technical tasks such as account creations, account terminations, computer setups, software installations, and basic hardware or network troubleshooting is expected.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with a “go-getter” attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, IT environment.
  • Strong Active Directory experience with an emphasis on user creation, user termination, computer and user group management.
  • Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as Microsoft Intune.
  • Microsoft 365 / Exchange Admin Center (EAC) experience.
  • Prior experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V).
  • Keen understanding of TCP/IP protocols and the ability to diagnose/resolve related issues.
  • Ability to inventory equipment and keep track of assets.
  • Understanding of file shares and ability to provision access.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki equipment as well as Meraki cloud dashboard
  • Ability to provide after-hours and on-call support for urgent issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming helpdesk tickets– work/assign each ticket in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user hardware/software issues, printing problems, file share access, network related issues, iOS/Android related issues and any other technical issues that may arise.
  • Create/configure new domain accounts as well as 0365 Exchange mailboxes and apps.
  • Deploy computers to end users and train on usage of software.
  • Provide access to employees within Target’s property management system.
  • Setup and configure mobile devices (iPhone, Android) on MDM.
  • Providing specific user access to file shares utilizing stringent security measures.
  • Assist with any AV technical issues as needed.
  • Monitor Cisco Meraki dashboard for network outages and troubleshoot/resolve.
