The IT Help Desk Technician role involves providing essential hardware and software support throughout the organization. The technician will troubleshoot and repair laptops and desktops, set up equipment for employee use, and ensure that all configurations and software installations are properly executed.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on computers, including managing help desk tickets and troubleshooting login issues such as resetting passwords and usernames.
  • Repair and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support to employees and address user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving IT hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Python.
  • CompTIA certifications such as Network+ or A+ are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
