About The Position

The IT Help Desk Technician will serve as the first line of support for IT operations, providing assistance to offices in the US, Mexico, and various jobsites. This full-time, on-premise role involves incident and service request handling, troubleshooting, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring the security and privacy of networks and systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of prior IT Desktop experience or a similar IT role.
  • Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial user support through various channels, including ticketing systems, email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Escalate requests when necessary to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Maintain the security and privacy of our networks and computer systems.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and service catalog within our knowledgebase.
  • Collaborate with team members, users, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances to meet organizational objectives.
