About The Position

As a Help Desk Technician, you will serve as the first line of technical support for our call center team. You'll keep agents connected and productive by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and professionally. Your work directly enables our team to deliver exceptional service to customers every day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of help des, IT support or other technical troubleshooting experience
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware setup and configuration
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays within the 7am–11pm window
  • Reliable transportation to our Mandeville, Louisiana office

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot headset, internet, and software issues for call center agents
  • Reset passwords and manage basic user account access
  • Set up computers and workstations for new and existing employees
  • Process, receive, and deploy equipment shipments as needed
  • Provide general IT support across all call center operations
