The IT Help Desk Technician will provide technical support and assistance to Millennium employees and contractors, whether on the phone or in person. This role’s primary goal is to ensure a client's satisfaction and ability to properly operate any PC or technology they may be having trouble using. This role requires the ability to work first shift. This position's internal job code is Technical Support - Help Desk. Our team is currently hiring for level 2.
