About The Position
The IT Help Desk Support Specialist at Client Solution Architects (CSA) will provide essential support to the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) at the Washington Navy Yard. The specialist will ensure effective operation of desktop operating systems, assist users with network connectivity, and manage IT asset inventory for over 750 users.
