The IT Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer systems, hardware, and software. In addition, the IT Help Desk Specialist role includes maintaining and supporting all network hardware and servers. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, answering queries, end user training where required, and offering advice to ensure the efficient operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This position will be located at the Waynesboro, MS, Facility.
