IT Help Desk Specialist
About The Position

The company is seeking a customer service-oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. This role is considered the organization's front-liner, responsible for solving technical problems and providing support for all assigned areas to ensure customer value is maintained to the company's standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in: Printers, Scanners, and Scan to Email setups
- Basic Network Troubleshooting
- Windows 10 configuration, settings, and repair
- Overall general IT knowledge to help users solve IT problems.
- Strong client-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues by phone, email, and/or chat.
- Audit and troubleshoot account issues via Active Directory, Office 365, and Single Sign On services.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process using remote tools.
- Contribute to Help Desk documentation through updates and suggestions
