Responsibilities

  • Work tickets, emails, instant messages, and phone calls/texts
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for all users.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support.
  • Maintain users in our various software applications. ShareTec, DDS, Virtual Branch, KnowBe4, Mitel, etc.
  • Manage IT and Telecom inventory for Admin and Branches
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets, websites, and applications
  • Perform other IT/IS duties as assigned by management
  • More responsibilities may be added as proficiency increases
