About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Specialist to join our Information Services team in Bellevue, NE! This is a 100% in-person position. No remote/hybrid applications will be accepted. The IT Help Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing facility information via computer technology in an efficient manner. Pay: $18.00-$22.05 per hour based upon experience. Certain levels of education may allow for an increase in this wage. Our goal at Hillcrest is to inspire people to live their best lives. Requirements

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years working with personal computers in a networked environment to include hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk field services including supporting and troubleshooting onsite issues, Windows OS, printer hardware, computer hardware, desk phones, AV equipment for onsite issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
• Helpdesk responsibilities which includes answering phones, resolving phone-based helpdesk tickets and filing a ticket to ensure the work is tracked, working tickets as they come in within the timeline set, prioritizing tickets and working accordingly.
• Deployment of equipment including entering inventory changes, preparing/imaging new equipment, deploying to team members and providing general training (not application operations specific).
• Maintain a complete and up to date inventory of all Hillcrest technology assets including desktops, laptops, monitors, cell phones, software keys, printers and mobile devices, updating inventory as equipment is returned and redeployed to other team members, marking equipment as disposed when it is no longer in an operational status.
• Repair equipment as necessary.
• Manage equipment disposals.
