The IT Help Desk provides level one technical support to users experiencing hardware or software issues, assigns support tickets to IT Support, and serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.” Pay Rate:$22.00 per hour Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. Sets up and updates all company iPads Answers all Help Desk calls Addresses any password resets Assists Communication Systems Support Specialist as needed Makes all DBS user changes and additions Tracks all PC assets Tracks all iPad assets Responsible for recycling Responsible for quality control audit of PC’s going out Tracks computer requests and assigns to available technicians Responsible for customer postal accounts Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience
  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and updates all company iPads
  • Answers all Help Desk calls
  • Addresses any password resets
  • Assists Communication Systems Support Specialist as needed
  • Makes all DBS user changes and additions

  • Tracks all iPad assets
  • Responsible for recycling

  • Other duties as assigned by manager
