We are seeking a highly motivated IT Tech Support Intern to join our team.   • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned by senior team members.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong interest in IT support and technology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
