The IT Help Desk Intern will provide Level I help desk support for desktop workstations, laptops, and peripherals for both local and remote users. This role offers handsâon exposure to Windows platforms, systems administration fundamentals, user account management, and endpoint support. The intern will learn by assisting and shadowing the Systems Support Specialist, gaining experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. The role also includes a special project to be presented to executive leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
