As our IT Help Desk Associate at Fleetio, you will be the first point of contact for internal technical support, helping to power a seamless employee experience across our remote-first workforce. You will manage and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, administer critical SaaS tools, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. From configuring Apple laptops to maintaining our internal knowledge base, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of Fleetio. Your presence at our HQ in Birmingham will also be vital for supporting network systems, troubleshooting in-person tech, and ensuring company-wide meetings run without a hitch.
