The IT Field Support Technician will provide technical support to employees and customers who experience technology related issues and are unable to solve those issue on their own. Support may occur onsite at facility locations or remotely depending on the given issue. The Technician is responsible for deployment of network technology in their assigned area as well as the deployment and recovery of IT assets in support of employee onboarding and offboarding. This role will be well versed with troubleshooting issues pertaining to hardware, software, and network infrastructure and will also include remediation of end user device vulnerabilities.
