What You’ll Do Respond quickly to help desk inquiries, delivering remote and on-site support that keeps operations running smoothly. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence and precision. Install, repair, and maintain PCs and related systems—your work directly supports our employees’ success. Document all tickets in the Help Desk system for clear communication and accountability. Provide exceptional customer service, adapting to new tools and techniques to enhance user experience. Configure equipment, operating systems, and software following SOPs to ensure seamless onboarding. Communicate technical information clearly to end-users and collaborate with teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years in help desk or IT support roles.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, networking, and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, WiFi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
  • Experience supporting desktops in a domain environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods (audits, emergencies, fiscal year-end).
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
