The IT Field Support Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for faculty and staff but may also include answering phone calls and emails. Candidates must have computer support experience and knowledge, along with prior customer service experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential. The role requires the ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances. Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position.
