The IT Field Services Specialist is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and ensuring optimal system performance. This role requires strong technical skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
