About The Position

In this position, you will be a key member of our IT & Facilities team, where primary responsibilities are to provide electrical, building and technology support to a rapidly growing company! Duties include electrical, data integration, maintenance and IT work. Primary duties include: Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use. Mains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems. Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment. Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility. Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Train users in the proper use of hardware or software. Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades. Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users. Performs other related duties as assigned.
