The IT Expert for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be responsible for the administration, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules to ensure seamless business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in CRM systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service)
  • Proven ability to deliver both Functional & Technical solutions.
  • Ability to take on new challenges and able to support multiple applications

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments, including configuration, security roles, and user access. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Customization & Development Design and implement custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using Dynamics 365 tools and Power Platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support & Maintenance Provide support for CRM-related incidents and service requests. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain documentation of fixes and enhancements.
  • Integration & Data Management Oversee data migration, cleansing, and integration with other enterprise systems Maintain data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics 365 roadmap and new features; recommend upgrades and enhancements. Drive automation initiatives using Power Automate and low-code tools.
