SAIC is seeking an IT Event Support Lead located in Hawaii at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) to support the USINDOPACOM to oversee and deliver comprehensive Tier I technical support during military training exercises and events This role includes managing user accounts, deploying system images, creating SharePoint sites, processing SIPR tokens, and ensuring the seamless functionality of IT systems and infrastructure. NOTE\: Travel as required (up to 25% annually) for event support and work in rotating shifts as part of a 24-hour operational requirement for major events lasting 2-3 weeks.
