Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, Patient registration/scheduling, or Epic system management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals workflows.
  • Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, release notes, and regression testing.
  • Proven success leading digital engagement initiatives across complex health systems.
  • Experience managing teams and/or cross-functional project groups in a healthcare setting.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Epic tools related to patient access and engagement is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into scalable action plans.
  • Strong vendor management and collaboration skills with Epic representatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Proven collaboration in multidisciplinary environments (e.g., working with clinicians, scheduling teams, and finance).

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives designed to improve patient access, engagement, and digital health adoption.
  • Lead a team responsible for the strategy, delivery, and optimization of platforms and workflows that directly influence how patients interact with Duly—from scheduling and registration to access and activation.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of Epic Patient Access tools (e.g., Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Referrals).
  • Build and oversee scalable workflows that increase registration/scheduling efficiency, patient access, and online scheduling.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Clinical leaders to align patient-facing solutions with enterprise strategy.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure activation performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage a high-performing team and guide project execution with a focus on digital innovation and process improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and data security best practices across all platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and systems-level improvements to reduce administrative burden.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to support strategic planning and stakeholder alignment.
