Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience (or demonstrated mastery of internal development skills).
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital workflows.
  • A collaborative spirit and readiness to work onsite full-time.
  • Comfort with routine tasks and the flexibility to take on new challenges with guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of digital support to maintain business continuity across multiple departments.
  • Train & Mentor: Guide new and existing team members using structured training modules and hands-on support.
  • Drive Improvements: Participate in system evaluations and provide data to help resolve trouble areas.
  • Support Investigations: Fulfill critical requests like background checks, call recordings, and vehicle history reports.
  • Manage Claims: Monitor and assist with digitally reported claims and subpoena requests.
  • Handle Sensitive Materials: Prepare outgoing checks, scan external media, and convert large digital files for enterprise compatibility.
  • Maintain Compliance: Follow records retention protocols and support the upkeep of specialized scanning equipment.
