About the position

Link Solutions is seeking an IT Enterprise Program Manager to join our team in support of the US Army's Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, KS. As the IT Enterprise Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall program operations service as the on-site representative responsible for day-to-day oversight and successful execution of all tasks and deliverables. You will be critical in maintaining the performance, availability, and mission alignment of enterprise-wide web services and infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, DoD, and Army-specific IT regulations
  • Manage and supervise contractor personnel across all functional areas, including system administration, software development, web design, database administration, and helpdesk support
  • Serve as the liaison to the Government representatives, ensuring continuous communication and alignment of service delivery
  • Ensure proper reporting, deliverable submission, and incident response documentation outlined in the PWS
  • Conduct and document recurring meetings, progress reviews, and participate in stakeholder briefings

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT Service Management, or other IT-related fields
  • Must have experience managing large-scale, enterprise IT programs and projects, preferably within a DoD environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating diverse IT teams and maintaining high-performance service delivery
  • Experience with, and in-depth knowledge of, SharePoint Portals, DNN, Microsoft Server environments, and secure application hosting

Nice-to-haves

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Army or DoD web services and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with Army cloud environments, STIGs, POA&Ms, and ITIL/ISO standards
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems
  • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
