About The Position

We are seeking passionate and skilled technical professionals to directly support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on this critical mission: The Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA). This team is on the front lines, shaping the systems that protect us from advanced threats. Your work will directly influence the entire lifecycle of our nation's most advanced space-based sensing capabilities, from the initial design to becoming fully operational. This opportunity involves driving the development of critical space capabilities through every phase: from initial studies, analysis, and prototyping to detailed system architecture, development, and fielding. You will work on enterprise-level services, advanced Mission Suites, and state-of-the-art operations centers. Your expertise is needed to support various areas such as core infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, logistics and planning for their launch, and ultimately through system operations. You will see your contributions come to life during flight tests and the operational support of planned space capabilities that are vital to the MDA's mission. Requirements

Experience with systems architecture, integration, DevOps, or requirements analysis
Deep knowledge of Linux environments, Red Hat (RHEL), Bash/Shell Scripting, System Administration, and Automation
Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar observability and SIEM platforms
Knowledge of endpoint security concepts and tools like Trellix Endpoint Security, EDR, or XDR
Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware (VCF) and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker
Familiarity with core cloud concepts or certifications, particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience working in a physical data center environment

Responsibilities
