Charlie Health is seeking a skilled and results-oriented IT Systems Engineer to join our IT Engineering pod. This position is ideal for someone experienced with identity systems, corporate device management, SaaS platforms and networking technologies. You’ll work with a modern stack, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, Atlassian and Zoom, while supporting core business operations and collaborating across IT and InfoSec. This is a “hands-on keyboard” role with a strong emphasis on engineering, operational excellence and service reliability. This is a full-time role with an onsite presence required 4 days per week in our New York City or Nashville office.
