A IT Electronics Communications Supervisor plans, schedules, and supervises the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment throughout the District. The ideal IT Electronics Communications Supervisor is an experienced professional with a strong, comprehensive background in a wide range of electronic systems. They will ideally possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics technology and a BICSI, ICET or CCNA certification. The candidate will demonstrate strong project‑management skills, including the ability to manage complex project timelines and budgets while producing reliable project estimates. They can work effectively under the pressure of multiple projects and short deadlines and demonstrate strong conflict‑resolution skills and sound judgment in challenging situations. They will also have experience supervising personnel and providing clear work direction to ensure team effectiveness and project completion. Additionally, the candidate can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and convey clear and concise technical information. The candidate maintains a steadfast safety‑first mindset, upholding protocols that protect students, staff, and the broader school community.
