About The Position
ONEOK is looking for a versatile technology professional to join our IT Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team. The ECM team works closely with business users and other IT groups to develop solutions related to our company's document and records management needs. We are seeking a motivated individual who can utilize his/her talent and passion to help us increase the effectiveness of business decision-makers through the thoughtful and creative application of technology. This position is responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle for both package and custom developed applications, including software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will work independently with limited supervision to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions as prioritized by the business, including creating and updating system documentation and training materials. The role involves managing projects and processes through the entire system development life cycle, gathering and documenting business requirements, and consulting with users on priorities and complexities. The candidate will also coordinate and communicate development activities with team members, infrastructure personnel, vendors, and management, while following defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development. Additionally, the position requires identifying opportunities to deploy existing solutions in other business areas and interacting with business users to ensure effective use of technology solutions. The candidate will also collaborate with key process owners on documenting application defects, enhancements, and projects, and will coach and review the work of lower-level professionals. This position is eligible for remote work in several states and will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.
