About The Position

BMB Solutions, Central Long Island’s premier IT solutions provider, is expanding our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and technically proficient IT Dispatch Supervisor to join our growing IT support team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in IT with room for growth. As an IT Dispatch Supervisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients , coordinate IT support dispatch, monitor workorders, and provide reporting to management. You will also assist with administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Qualify technical issues and open workorders as needed.
• Triage, monitor, and escalate workorders to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide status updates and reports to management.
• Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and generate related reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing support, and marketing event preparation.
• Support office operations and IT team workflow to maintain efficiency.

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education).
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with overtime opportunities.
