About The Position

CTI is seeking an IT Director to lead a team responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's cloud-based systems and services. This role involves overseeing FedRAMP compliance, risk management, and security assessments while implementing staffing strategies and fostering collaborative relationships across the company. The IT Director will be accountable for the health and performance of existing production and business demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, focusing on compliance with federal contract requirements.
  • Deep understanding of IT security best practices, including FedRAMP and CMMC requirements.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services.
  • Certifications such as COMPTIA+, VMware, CISSP, CISM, or CIPP are highly desirable.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, CRM software, and Microsoft Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technology operations, including network security, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems.
  • Lead efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST SP-800-171 compliance, including conducting risk assessments and developing security controls.
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support upper management's strategies.
  • Analyze business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
  • Control budget and expenditure reports.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and support the COO and Sales Team in developing project performance reports.
  • Report and escalate risks or issues to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT system developments and current assets.
  • Conduct internal investigations of losses or violations of CTI regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with upper management on training needs.
  • Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
