The IT Director, Global Infrastructure provides strategic leadership and is responsible for Infrastructure across all manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and corporate offices. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports global operations. The IT Director, Global Infrastructure oversees data centers, networks, cloud services, end-user support, IT operations, and hybrid infrastructure that enables our enterprise platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and alignment with business goals and supporting a 24/7 manufacturing and supply chain organization.

  • Directs the activities related to Information Technology in the company, involving the definition, development, maintenance and operation of technology
  • Advises on the selection of hardware, software and supplies
  • Oversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Oversees and reports on allocation of IT budget
  • Directs team and overall IT business operations to achieve company goals
  • Transparently communicating throughout the IT organization and business
  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
  • Develop and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and digital transformation roadmap
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of global infrastructure including data centers, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure), storage, and compute resources
  • Ensure 24/7 operational support, monitoring, and incident management for infrastructure services across all regions
  • Collaborate with the CISO and security teams to ensure infrastructure complies with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and best practices
  • Manage a globally distributed team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and operations staff
  • Evaluate existing Infrastructure design and determine if changes to the strategy are needed to meet business needs
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers
  • Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Oversees the development and execution of many projects across the global infrastructure from onboarding acquisitions, offboarding divestures, technical upgrades, implementation of new technologies that impact end users
  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Ability to practice and behave consistently and effectively in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest
  • Ability to communicate effectively by getting the right message across to the right people at the right time on a regular basis
  • Ability to meet customers' expectations by identifying and anticipating customers' needs and integrating these into work
