Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to oversee the successful rollout and evolution of our new in-house Business Intelligence (BI) platform, designed to deliver actionable insights to all stakeholders. This executive will guide the team through design phases, implementation, and stakeholder adoption, ensuring the platform becomes a cornerstone of our digital transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building internal systems and rolling out training programs.
- Strong background in Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
- Executive-level leadership with a hands-on approach to technology transformation.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across the organization.

- Background in BI systems and digital transformation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for BI platform deployment and continuous improvement.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and secure organizational buy-in.
- Oversee project milestones, team performance, and long-term success metrics.

- Implement cloud strategies to improve security, scalability, and version control.
