About The Position

Guardian Angels Catholic School is seeking a visionary and self-motivated IT Director/Assistant Principal for the 2026-2027 school year to serve as a cornerstone of our administrative and technical leadership. We desire a detail-oriented leader who will oversee school-wide infrastructure and assist in daily operations to inspire our students to achieve their God-given potential. Our ideal candidate has experience cultivating professional relationships with staff and families, providing administrative oversight, and strategically infusing technology to increase student engagement and achievement within our STREAM certified environment. As a key role model in our community, you will ensure that faith remains fundamental to how we live, learn, and lead. You should have a proven track record of: Administrative Leadership: Assisting the Principal in daily operations, student discipline, and faculty development. Technical Stewardship: Managing school-wide IT infrastructure, school programs, and hardware/software life cycles. Instructional Innovation: Infusing cutting-edge technology into our curriculum to increase student engagement and achievement, supporting our mission as a STREAM certified school.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid Florida Professional Educators Certificate (or the necessary qualifications to acquire certification upon employment)
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Complete the online application including three professional references and submit a cover letter and resume
• Level 2 background screening and Safe Environment Training are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator, supporting the Principal in upholding the schools mission, Catholic identity, and daily school management.
• Oversee all school technology, including network security, 1:1 device programs, classroom hardware, and technical support for faculty.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between the technical needs of the school and the educational goals of the faculty.
