Identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes. Engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide transparent communication and regular updates on program status. Managing vendor relationships to ensure that contractual terms are met, and services are delivered according to expectations. Negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes to align with program goals and sourcing policies. Overseeing the program budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness. Promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the program management team and across the organization.
