As a member of Flow Control Group, you will act as the first point of contact for co-worker support needs. Your responsibilities will include project management for IT software programming and hardware upgrades, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of various systems including SQL databases, MS Access applications, .NET framework version web apps, and Salesforce portals. You will provide immediate customer support through email and track and report on progress on key projects monthly. Utilizing your experience and company knowledge, you will provide efficient and effective programming solutions that minimize programming time while maximizing output value. Training for some of the programming languages can be provided, along with other tasks as assigned.
