About The Position

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC has multiple openings for IT Developer Lead in Charlotte, NC. Review and understand project requirements as defined by analysts or in collaboration with peers as needed. Contribute to technical specification and design development and review in collaboration with team to ensure requirements are met. Ensure that all solutions meet all established Ashley architectural guidelines, standards and patterns. Generate accurate level of effort for tasks in collaboration with the team. Develop/code or configure features to meet specifications and committed delivery dates. Ensure high code quality via unit testing and validation against specifications before delivering to QA. Collaborate closely with QA to resolve bugs or reconcile against documented requirements and specifications in a timely fashion. Identify work process improvements and new technology recommendations and share with leadership. Provide best practice guidance or technical or solution specific advice to other developers on the team, including production support as needed to other resources on the team. Advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities, networking events, professional publications and collaboration with mentors and peers. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible, postbaccalaureate experience with Object-Oriented Development or related.
  • Experience leveraging the Microsoft .NET platform with language emphasis in C#
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CICD Pipeline creation and management
  • Experience with Azure APIM service proxy mapping and integration
  • Experience with Azure Search Index design, integration and maintenance
  • Experience with Systems architecture design between Azure and On-Prem services and Angular 12 Frontend
  • Experience with Microservice Architecture design and integration
  • Experience with CosmosDB Document database integration
