As a Technical Architect, you will be a key member of our Process Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be the primary contact for all IT technical issues related to process mining and automation platforms. Your responsibilities will include understanding technical requirements from users and project teams, ensuring successful integrations with source systems, and creating optimal data pipelines and data models. You will also lead discussions on user management and authentication, acting as a technical liaison to remove any barriers to user adoption. Additionally, you will build data pipelines for new data sources, develop machine learning models, and create visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to technical support teams and business users.
