DLZ Corporation has an IT DevOps Technician opportunity primarily supporting our Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne offices with additional support to other DLZ staff or offices as needed. This is an in-office position, based in DLZ's Indianapolis office. This role will provide local Operational Support for Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne offices and software development, primarily focusing on automation/self-service, reporting and analytics, and AI. This includes identifying, implementing, developing, and supporting self-service tools and dashboards for statistical reporting of software licenses, management information, and support statistics. The operational support aspects of this role include providing in-person IT Support for Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne office staff and potentially other offices as necessary to cover projects or staff leave.
