In this role, you will be supporting internal end users and external clients on a day-to-day basis by troubleshooting incoming support contacts through phone and email, imaging and deploying workstations, as well as tracking and managing hardware assets. The candidate is expected to participate in continuous process improvement as well as use their experience to enhance CGI's ability to offer exceptional customer support. This role is located on site in Troy, AL. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Expected to manage the office support services environment for all end-user hardware, software and connectivity, conference room A/V, print services, as well as project work. . New hire and termination processing . Expected to be innovative, offer transformative concepts, lead upgrades and initiatives. . Expected to provide timely reporting on all aspects of the environment, and to provide Queue Management, Smart Hands support, and Asset Coordination services at site. . The candidate will be responsible for resolving any issues with end user equipment and systems, which may involve dealing with vendors, end-users, other CGI support groups, and corporate management . The position will require a pro-active approach including recommendations for improvements where necessary and reasonable

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 3+ years of Active Directory/MS Intune experience
  • Android and iOS experience-5+ years of experience
  • Windows OS- 5+ years of experience; Mac OS- 2+ years of experience
  • Endpoint Security- 3+ years of experience
  • Network Connectivity and concepts-5 years of experience
  • Project oriented- 4+ years of experience
  • Team oriented-5+ years of experience preferred
