They are currently looking for individuals who are looking to grow within their company. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred. IT certifications are desirable for this role. This will be a first shift opportunity on a Contract to Hire basis. Requirements

  • Targeting 1-3 years of IT Support experience
  • 100% onsite role
  • Has OT available
  • Needs to be open to nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred.
  • IT certifications are desirable for this role.
  • CompTIA Certifications are desirable for this role

Responsibilities

  • Deskside support, walk-up bar deskside support hands-on, sit on help desk taking intake calls, base line troubleshooting, hardware/software issues
  • Manage AD/User accounts and requests using Admin.net
  • Refresh PCs and complete data transfers USMT and MigWiz
  • Perform Daily system checks including plant data centers, VMs and servers
  • Troubleshooting plant network systems and infrastructure
  • Assist with all onsite PC/printer maintenance and hardware issues
  • Processing access requests for FIS, PFS, email, and other systems
  • Deploying software packages/updates to multiple PC configurations
  • Tool disconnects and reconnects through the PFCS system
