  • Provides complex technical support for desktop, software, and hardware installation and support.
  • Performs analysis, diagnosis, installation, and resolution of desktop computer and software issues.
  • Handles remote access technologies and associated problems.
  • Coordinates horizontal network cable management processes including installation and repairs.
  • Acts as a technical liaison with user groups and IT partners for systems support.
  • Responsible for project analysis, design, coordination, and planning for desktop-related projects.
  • Updates inventory and trouble tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of hardware/software changes.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in the desktop environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Apple.
  • Expert level knowledge in at least one area of specialization related to PC hardware or software.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server Operating System and domain-related administrative tasks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite products, including versions 2007 and 2010.
  • Intermediate knowledge of LAN environments and communication protocols.
  • Experience with RF Guns (1 year preferred).
  • Mac Support experience (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with Zebra printers or similar (1 year preferred).
