About The Position
CBC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the IT team. This hands-on role provides end-user support across all CBC business lines and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including Windows and Mac computers, mobile devices, and related hardware and software. The position will share responsibility for daily IT service desk operations and asset management. A strong foundation in IT support practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain clear documentation are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and solutions focused. This is a junior level position with compensation reflecting this.
