The IT Desktop Support Technician Intern at Sabre Corporation will provide on-site technical support at the company's headquarters in Southlake, Texas.   • Support Sabre Staff with Technical Issues at the IT Hub in HQ
  • Prepare Laptops for Deployment to users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptop computers
  • Package and Ship equipment
  • Inventory available equipment
  • Fulfill equipment requests
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar degree, graduating after May 2025
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Support for Mac OS and Windows peripheral hardware (printers, monitors, keyboards)
  • Knowledge of Android or iOS mobile devices
  • Basic network (WAN, LAN, and wireless) troubleshooting
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft Teams Room System troubleshooting experience
  • ServiceNow Experience for logging and updating tickets and requests
  • In Person Face to Face Support Experience
