About the Role We are seeking a detail-driven Receiving Technician to accurately receive, tag, and record inbound IT assets. This role requires accuracy and pace — mistakes create billing and data issues, while throughput sets the speed for the production line.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Basic computer/data entry skills.
Strong organization and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
Experience in production-line or high-throughput environments.
Forklift or walk-behind forklift experience.
Familiarity with asset or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and organize inbound IT hardware.
Verify asset tags and serial numbers; apply new tags as needed.
Enter asset details into the ITF system with high accuracy.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information.
Stage and move equipment to designated areas to maintain production flow (including overflow receiving racking when needed).
