JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 JOB SUMMARY: The IT Deployment Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining end-user workstations to ensure and supporting a broad range of technology deployments optimal performance, security, and compliance. This role involves imaging and reimaging devices, performing quality control checks, managing hardware and software inventory, and maintaining accurate asset records. The IT Deployment Technician will work closely with IT operations and support teams to deliver a seamless user experience across physical and virtual environments.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in desktop administration or IT support
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and common enterprise applications
  • Experience with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and ITIL practices
  • Familiarity with device management consoles
  • Must possess good physical health.
  • Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds is required.

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
