About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced IT Project Lead to drive the technical success of a critical initiative focused on enhancing our quote-to-cash process. The primary goal is to improve data accuracy and system efficiency across the lifecycle, with a specific focus on accelerating cloud provisioning and ensuring predictable revenue recognition . The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical direction and delivery of the project, managing resources, budget, and scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex IT projects, ideally in process optimization or quote-to-cash initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud provisioning, revenue recognition, and system efficiency best practices.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor degree with 10+ years of relevant experience leading, designing, and implementing IT platforms and/or applications
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight and Strategy Understand the necessary effort, establish the high-level budget ($), and ensure the project acquires measurable business value.
• Responsible for the technical delivery of the project and ownership of the overall technical direction.
• Design and Delivery Management Manage the functional and technical design, development, and delivery for the project.
• Collaborate with business leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure desired business outcomes are delivered.
• Resource and Stakeholder Management Assign IT resources and create realistic expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
• Manage divergence of scope, timeline, and budget, escalating issues as necessary.
