Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization focused on improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The company has been a pioneer in value-based care since 1991 and has an exceptional track record of generating the very best outcomes for patients, payers, and providers. Deep clinical expertise is the foundation for every part of Paradigm’s business: risk-based clinical solutions, case management, specialty networks, home health, shared decision support, and payment integrity programs. Paradigm has been certified by Great Place to Work® for four years in a row and earned a spot on Fortune's Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list for three consecutive years, reflecting their commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and employee-centric culture. This full-time, remote Data Engineer III position supports the continued proliferation of data-driven decision-making throughout Paradigm by designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures. The Data Engineer ensures that clean, reliable, and well-structured data is readily available to analysts, data scientists, and other key stakeholders for advanced analytics, reporting, and operational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in data integration, data modeling, and modern data engineering tools — specifically Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and a variety of ETL/ELT platforms — along with demonstrated experience working independently to prioritize data projects.
